Genesis Rehab Services is now hiring a Rehab Office Coordinator to assist the Director of Rehab in the administrative management of the rehabilitation department in one or more of our service locations!The Rehab Office Coordinator is responsible for all clerical, housekeeping, and administrative services in her/his assigned service location(s).
Primary Job
Responsibilities:
1.
Assists the Director of Rehab in the administrative management of the rehabilitation department2.
Assists therapy staff in identifying and removing barriers to treatment and providing clinical education to meet the needs of the patient3.
Ensures therapists are eligible to treat (licenses are current and posted, mandatory education and inservices are completed, etc)4.
Ensures completion of all rehab department maintenance and cleaning tasks under the direction of the Director of RehabVisit our website for more information www.

CR01Qualifications1.
Must possess a minimum of high school diploma or equivalent 2.
Certification as a Nursing Assistant is preferred (or required if required by state) 3.
Must have good verbal and written communication skills 4.
Must have ability to positively interact with therapists, other health care providers, patients and families, visitors, and center/agency staff 5.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
