ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Provide exceptional customer service:
Welcome and connect with each and every customer Effectively recommend products and accommodating purchases to enhance the customer experience Provide product demonstrations and sampling Ensure that each customer experience results in a WOW.
Produce high quality products in accordance with company standards/guidelines.
Only serve items that meet visual and product quality standards Demonstrate knowledge and practice of safe food handling Follow merchandising, stock, rotation and storage standards Present oneself in a clean professional manner during every shift Contribute to Store Profitability Follow proper cash handling procedures and register policies Follow inventory and stock guidelines Assume responsibility to learn and demonstrate knowledge as a barista Responsible for self-initiated learning beyond the standard training program Learn and demonstrate all standards of product and conduct established by Giant JOB
