Your daily responsibilities includeSUMMARYPrepares batch pastries including but not limited to: cookies, bread, cheesecake, cakes, french pastries, dessert bars and small desserts. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Follows batch recipes on all desserts and makes as instructed by Assistant Pastry Chef. Keep bakery clean at all times Ensures that the bakery service line is always stocked and ready for our guests. Works close with other department to ensure that our guests receive the best dinning experience we can offer Keeps dessert display stocked and ready always looking fresh Keeps chocolate fountain topped and in a as fresh appearance necessary for our guests dining experience Ensures all waist is logged into the waste book Bakes bread, rolls, cakes, and pastries and any task assigned to you by your lead cook SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIESThis job has no supervisory responsibilitiesTo be successful in this position it will require the following skill setQUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. MATHEMATICAL SKILLSAbility to calculate figures and amounts such as proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. REASONING ABILITYAbility to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.. CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONSMust qualify for licensing with the West Virginia Racing Commission.West Virginia food handlers card. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
